At Digipaver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Here’s how it works:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Return Process: To start your return, please email our customer service team at support@digipaver.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.
Shipping Policy
At Digipaver, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We offer reliable shipping options for both domestic and international orders.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is a flat rate of $5. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
- International Shipping: We ship to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for domestic orders, while expedited shipping can take 2–3 business days. International orders may take up to 14 business days depending on the destination.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number to keep you updated on its journey.
